Site Engineer | Project Engineer | Project Manager
Expression of Interest | Canterbury

HEB Construction has a strong pipeline of work across Canterbury and we're looking to connect with talented civil construction professionals who are ready for their next challenge.
We're particularly interested in hearing from experienced Site Engineers, Project Engineers and Project Managers who enjoy working in a self-delivery environment where they can make a real impact, take ownership, and see projects through from start to finish.
What we're looking for
You'll have experience in self-delivery of heavy civil infrastructure projects as a main contractor and be comfortable working in dynamic project environments where no two days are the same.
Ideally, you'll bring experience in one or more of the following:
- Roading projects, including local authority and state highway works
- Three waters infrastructure and utilities for local councils and public clients
- Pump stations, water treatment plants or wastewater treatment facilities
We're keen to speak with people who have developed broad project experience and enjoy being close to the work. You are likely to have worked across a range of project sizes and complexities, gaining hands-on experience in planning, delivery, stakeholder management and commercial outcomes.
