Full job description

We're looking for a sharp, recent graduate to support our sales team. This is a role for someone genuinely fluent with AI tools who uses them to work faster and smarter — not as a novelty. You'll help drive pipeline by researching prospects, preparing the team for meetings, handling outreach and follow-ups, and keeping the sales process moving.

What you'll do

  • Research prospects and markets, and turn findings into clear, useful briefs for the sales team
  • Draft and send outreach, and manage follow-ups so nothing falls through the cracks
  • Keep the pipeline and CRM up to date
  • Use AI tools (Claude, Gemini, etc.) to speed up research, prep, and day-to-day work

Requirements

What we're looking for

  • A completed degree, ideally BCom and/or Marketing
  • Strong grades in English and Maths
  • Hands-on use of AI tools for work and personal productivity — and the skill to write effective prompts
  • Strong logical reasoning and the ability to break a problem down and reach sound conclusions
  • A genuine interest in technology; a digital native who picks up new tools fast
  • Clear thinking and good judgement — not someone who just follows instructions

A great fit for a graduate who's commercially minded, tech-curious, and wants real ownership early.

Benefits

A Contract Rate commensurate with the candidate's experience. A chance to learn and grow. A chance to work full-time for the company.
