The Professional Builder

Accountability Coach

Accountability / Success Coach

Fully Remote | High-Trust Role | Clear Career Path

Australia, New Zealand & North America time zones

Fully Remote | Flexible Schedule

The Professional Builder (TPB) is a business coaching company that has helped residential builders and general contractors build profitable, scalable businesses since 2004.

We're hiring an Accountability Coach to support our members, drive engagement, and help builders follow through on the actions that create results.

This is a people-facing, execution-focused role. If you're a strong communicator who enjoys structure, accountability, and helping others win, this could be a great fit.

The Role

As an Accountability Coach, you'll manage a portfolio of builders across Australia, New Zealand, the USA, and Canada.

Your role is to:

  • Keep members engaged and active
  • Hold them accountable to commitments
  • Ensure they are using the right tools at the right time

You'll work closely with our Performance Coaches and Member Success team to support retention and results.

This is not a call-centre role. These are structured, purposeful conversations with business owners.

What You'll Be Responsible For

  • Making 25-33 structured calls per week
  • Running clear check-ins focused on progress and next actions
  • Following up consistently and tracking engagement
  • Escalating issues and wins to the coaching team
  • Keeping accurate notes so members are fully supported

Success in this role is measured by engagement, follow-through, and contribution to member outcomes.

Who This Role Is For

This role suits someone who:

  • Is confident and clear on the phone and on video
  • Has experience in customer success, sales, support, or coaching coordination
  • Can balance warmth with accountability
  • Is organised, detail-oriented, and reliable
  • Enjoys working in a performance-driven environment

A US, Australian, or New Zealand accent is strongly preferred for communication clarity with members.

If you enjoy helping people stay focused, follow through, and win, you'll enjoy this role.

What You'll Get

  • Competitive salary based on experience and performance
  • Fully remote working environment
  • Flexible hours
  • Training in TPB coaching frameworks and systems
  • Health and wellbeing allowance
  • Learning and development budget
  • Career progression for strong performers
  • Opportunities to attend team retreats and in-person events

We invest in people who want to build a long-term career, not just take a job.
