Corporate Travel Management (CTM) are looking for Travel Consultants to be part of their Graduate Program at CTM Auckland
This is a fantastic opportunity to be educated and trained as a corporate travel consultant and launch a career in the travel industry.
Corporate Travel Management (CTM) will conduct training and development that provides an opportunity for people new to the industry to learn the ins and outs of being a Travel Consultant.
The graduate training program covers all topics from fare buckets, GDS, phonetic alphabet, and travel jargon, as well as technology, product knowledge, automation to consultant workflow, and most importantly customer service.
This is a full time, permanent position with the Graduate program consisting of six months, the program begins with a one month training period, followed by ongoing mentoring, support, and hands on experience to build your skills and confidence within the travel industry.
At the conclusion of the six-month program, you will formally graduate into a Travel Consultant role, equipped with the knowledge, systems training, and industry expertise to succeed in a client facing environment.
Who is eligible?
We're seeking customer service focused people who are willing to learn with a sense of enthusiasm. We're also open to taking on graduates who have completed travel-related courses, as well as people with little experience in travel/hospitality sector. If you're customer service focused, we can teach you the rest!
