About the Role
The Network Engineer plays a critical hands-on role in delivering reliable, secure, and high-performing network services, with responsibility for deploying, configuring, maintaining, and supporting day-to-day operations in line with agreed technical standards. You work well both independently and as part of a team, take personal responsibility for outcomes, and build positive relationships across technical, clinical, public, and private-sector stakeholders. You demonstrate integrity, self-awareness, and you are flexible in supporting service delivery, including participating in on-call rosters, incident response, and occasional travel or after-hours work when required.
- 1–3 years' experience as an ICT or technology professional deploying, configuring, and maintaining digital or IT services, with at least 5 years supporting end-users and/or IT systems.
- Proven experience deploying and configuring complex IT solutions, troubleshooting technical issues, managing incidents, and executing operational tasks.
