We’re looking for two Senior Project/Program Managers to join our Delivery Practice team , where you’ll play a key role leading and managing complex projects/programs involving significant business value.
You will be accountable for delivering projects/programs effectively and efficiently, as well as achieving high quality outcomes that deliver meaningful value for our customers and the organisation.
This role requires exceptional delivery capability, strong governance expertise, and the ability to effectively manage and influence stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership.

This role includes the following key responsibilities:
Lead and manage program delivery and governance activities such as finance, procurement, delivery schedule, interdependencies, stakeholder engagement, risk management and resourcing.
Monitor program quality, performance, and the value realization to ensure outcomes remain strategically aligned with key business objectives.
Identify, manage, and mitigate risks, dependencies, and issues across programmes
Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with stakeholders across ANZ and external partners
Provide leadership and direction to project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment

To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
Extensive project/program management experience, leading the delivery of large complex programs/projects, preferably in Banking /Finance, including exposure to enterprise-wide, funds/investments, or regulatory and compliance-driven projects.
Strong knowledge and proven application of project governance and various methodologies including Agile and waterfall delivery.
Proven relationship building capabilities, influencing and effective stakeholder management.
Excellent communication skills; ability to convey complex ideas clearly, engage stakeholders across all levels, and create a shared understanding through effective communication.
Strategic decision-making ability, critical thinking and problem solving
Previous experience providing effective leadership to project teams.
Adaptability and resilience to work comfortably with ambiguity and shifting priorities in a dynamic environment.
