The Health Sponsorship Council (HSC) is responsible for encouraging and enabling New
Zealanders to make healthy lifestyle choices through programmes that achieve positive social and behaviour change.
opportunity exists for an Intermediate Researcher who also has strong project management expertise to join HSC's Research
and Evaluation Unit for a fixed term period of 12-months.
To provide individual expertise and play a key part in supporting
the development, implementation and assessment of health promotion programmes.
As the Intermediate Researcher/NZYTM,
you will have:
High level of expertise in project management and relationship management. A sound understanding
and experience delivering large nationwide surveys Knowledge and experience of statistical analysis of data, including data
from nationwide, population-level health and/or social surveys.
The ability to provide advice on all stages of the design
and analysis of HSC's surveys.
Experience of contributing to peer-reviewed publications. Good communication skills
and the ability to convey complex information to diverse audiences.
