We are currently looking
for a Senior Associate with a corporate/commercial law background and specifically, ICT experience in procurement and technology
projects to join our Corporate Department in Wellington. This role will involve advising public sector
entities on their
individual and collective procurement activities, including syndicated and all of Government contracts, RFP and other procurement
processes and project governance. You will also advise public and private sector clients on contracts for the
development
of licensing, deployment and support of IP, information technology and telecommunications’ products and services.

Suitable applicants will ideally have 7+ years’ legal experience, some of which should have been gained from another leading
law firm. You must have considerable knowledge of ICT law, IT businesses and knowledge of IP. Excellent written and analytical
skills
are required, as is the ability and motivation to deliver the highest quality legal advice to our clients. We
welcome applications from New Zealand-qualified lawyers and foreign qualified solicitors who are eligible to obtain a New
Zealand Practising Certificate.
