The Catering Platoon is responsible for providing day-to-day food service and the preparation and operation of dining rooms for cafeteria and table service incorporating all types of food service.

You will have practical NZDF or other relevant catering experience, good interpersonal skills and an ability to interact successfully with a diverse range of people. You will also have excellent customer focus, good verbal communication and comprehension skills and an ability to work effectively in a team environment.

In addition you will also be flexible, adaptable and able to work rotating shifts including weekends, and overtime as required.
