the direction and impetus to shape the future business, maximising shareholder value and business profitability during an
exciting time of growth and development.
As a practical, results focused, commercially astute Operations Manager, this role provides the opportunity to challenge long
established business practices to improve business performance. With reports responsible for managing two processing plants,
this role requires a strong leader capable of realigning the business to meet the requirements of a new, market orientated
culture. This is a change management role, bringing new perspectives to a traditional processing-focused business and encouraging
a paradigm shift through a consultative but pragmatic management style.
The successful applicant will be an influential leader with vision offering a broad operational management background gained
from the primary processing or food manufacturing sectors. In-depth understanding of planning systems and proven experience
in the areas of continuous improvement and profit optimisation is expected.
