finance team (English language).The ideal candidate would be a mid-level Australasian qualified lawyer trained in the banking/finance
practice of a leading law firm.The ideal candidate will be advising commercial and investment banks, private equity houses,
sponsors and companies in this region of the world on a wide range of financing transactions with an emphasis on secured and
unsecured bank lending, leveraged and non-leveraged acquisition finance, project finance, securitisation and other structured
finance products and restructuring.Candidates will be considered on the basis of relevant banking/financial law experience
as well as dedication, ambition and focus to excel at the firm. The selection process will not only be based upon professional
experience and academic achievements, but also with a marked emphasis on individual personality, attitude and future vision.If
