Managing the day-to-day Health and Safety responsibilities of a big and complex manufacturing environment, you will bring fresh, new ideas to the table continuing the drive of Tip Top's success through best practice Health and Safety initiatives.
Play a pivotal role in driving Tip Top's visions of 'Safety for Life' by leading, coaching and imbedding the safety imperatives in everything we do on site. A role with plenty of variety, you will influence, advise and support staff and managers, ensuring health and safety remains a key business focus across the business.
Ideally you have a relevant tertiary qualification or extensive prior experience in a health and safety role within a manufacturing environment. You are a skilled communicator and will be assertive and constructive with the ability to influence others when needed. Critical to your success will be your strong technical understanding coupled with the ability to forge strong peer relationships. You will demonstrate a sound knowledge of legislation, risk management and have experience in developing Health and Safety policies, leading programs and initiatives, hazard identification and preparing and analysing reports. Your ability to relate to all levels of people across the site and industry will drive your success.
