The role of the Customer Banking Consultant is critical to the success of the business through both proactive and reactive interactions with our customers. Working in close partnership with your team you will work to understand the needs of your customers and provide them with a positive and personal customer experience to help them achieve their financial goals.
With proven experience in sales and customer service (particularly the lending process), backed with a familiarity of Westpac's broader range of products, you will grow the value to the bank of new and existing customers.
To be successful in the role of the Customer Banking Consultant, you will be a highly motivated self starter with a strong work ethic and sales & service skills that can only be described as extraordinary! This is a role where results will be rewarded!
