Customer Service Representatives - Call Centre - Christchurch
Start Date: 4th June 2013
Full-time - Tuesday - Saturday 3.00pm - 11.00pm
When it comes to banking, its customer service that really sets us apart from everyone else.
As the first point of contact for customers, you'll represent our great standards of friendly, genuine service. Insightful and knowledgeable, you'll make it easy for customers to get where they want to be - with the right advice, proactive guidance and frontline support over the phone across a wide range of our banking products and services from credit cards to account enquiries, direct debits, automatic payments, and a whole lot more! You'll have strong interpersonal skills and a desire to meet customers needs with the bank's requirements. Where appropriate, you will respond to all referral opportunities and able to 'think on your feet' to deliver effective solutions for our customers.
Previous banking or financial services experience preferred but not essential, with experience in a service or sales role an advantage. What is essential is the right attitude and the determination to succeed. You'll have a great work ethic with stand out people skills!
