In this role you will be responsible for the development and execution of Westpac New Zealand's Self Service transactional capability and customer experience.
An innovative and dynamic role, you will work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure a collective approach and wide spread market adoption.
You will manage business development and infrastructure change initiatives ensuring: a known and balanced path into the future, innovation in customer self service & payment solutions, achievement of commercial viability and adherence to industry and Westpac compliance standards.
