Risk Graduate Programme
The range of decisions around risk are enormous, from providing a risk perspective on business initiatives and projects, analysing data and market information to determine impacts on the Bank, assisting with lending decisions or raising concerns about suspected money laundering. Whatever the situation, it is vital that every decision is appropriately made, well thought out, and takes into account all relevant factors and information. Not doing this can be costly to the bank both in dollars and reputation.
In this 12 month programme you will learn more about Operational Risk, Credit Risk, Compliance, and Risk Governance to name a few.

The programme runs on a rotational basis, and you will have the ability to try different roles and have the flexibility to explore multiple business areas.
Candidates will need a minimum of a Bachelors Degree, and to be completing studies this year, and no earlier than 2012. You would benefit from having experience working in a sales or customer service role and active involvement within your community.
