The ideal person will be someone that has sound knowledge of food cost, wage cost, product/supplier knowledge, staff training & quality control. Many of the systems & procedures are already in place - you just need to implement them. The owners of the business are very hands on & you will have all their support to achieve company goals. The menu is pretty much sorted, however daily specials will keep your creative juices flowing. The crew in the kitchen are young at heart so you need to be able to communicate with GEN Y.
