Project Administrator

Calling on your previous admin experience within an IT environment, and talent for multi tasking you'll play a key role in the day-to-day operations of this multi-faceted ICT Project Services team.

You'll be working with the Application & Legislation Programme Manager to provide high level reporting based on schedules, financial and resource management information. As well, you'll be working to support the technical project managers to maintain the individual project schedules, registers, budgets and other documentation.

More than that, you'll be able to take charge as you facilitate various workshops like risk assessments, project methodology updates, and post implementation reviews for the project managers.

We're after a dynamic sort of person who understands time management and can manage working with multiple responsibilities. Of course, you'll need to understand project finances within the government sector as you will be providing financial reporting and analysis on the project budgets.
