As the "face of the bank" you will be the first point of contact for customers and highly instrumental in delivering Westpac's friendly and professional service. In this role you will process a number of customer banking transactions and use your comprehensive knowledge of our products and services to help customers directly, or refer them as appropriate to specific areas within the broader business - assisting them in reaching their financial goals!
We are looking for motivated employees who are 'customer centric' and have enjoyed working in a sales and service focused environment. Banking experience is preferred but not essential.
To be successful in this role you must be determined to succeed, and have the energy and drive to work in a fast paced retail environment. You will also be a quick learner and able to 'think on your feet', to deliver effective solutions for our customers.
