We are a small professional engineering and architectural design consultancy which specialises in architectural and engineering design of new houses, house alterations and renovations, new apartments, apartment alterations and renovations, tennis courts, swimming pools and light commercial buildings.
Our modern office is located in Parnell on the CBD fringe.
We are seeking an office administrator for general office duties, four hours a day, four days a week.
You will need excellent communication skills with a good command of English and be well presented as you will be liaising directly with clients. Alongside this you’ll need a can do positive attitude and be prepared to pitch in as well as show a commitment to completing work.
The successful candidate will have the ability to work autonomously on a variety of tasks with strong attention to detail ensuring work is accurate.
Responsibilities will include: typing, mail, answering phones, banking, general accounts, filing, report collation, photocopying & binding, ordering stationery and general supplies.
Intermediate experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook is required.
