At PB Tech, one of New Zealand's largest technology retailers, we're looking for a talented, creative Video Producer who can transform products, ideas and campaigns into visual stories that capture attention and drive real engagement. As our Video Producer, you'll own the entire creative journey from concept and storyboard through to filming, editing and final delivery. Product showcases, social content, brand campaigns, event coverage, internal comms, you'll bring the PB Tech brand to life across all of it. This is more than filming and editing. We're after a storyteller who knows how to make content people genuinely want to watch: a strong eye for visual storytelling, a real read on digital trends and the ability to use the latest AI-powered creative tools to push production quality, speed and innovation further. Key Responsibilities • Develop creative concepts and video content for products, campaigns, social media and brand marketing. • Plan, film, edit and deliver high-quality video content across multiple platforms. • Create engaging short-form and long-form content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube, Facebook and LinkedIn • Use AI-powered creative tools to support storyboarding, content creation and production workflows • Apply motion graphics, effects and visual enhancements to improve audience engagement • Proactively collaborate with internal departments (including HR, Sales and Operations) to understand their video content requirements, provide creative and production support and deliver agreed video projects within required timeframes • Collaborate with Product Managers, Marketing Leads and internal stakeholders to deliver impactful content • Produce product launch, promotional and campaign videos that showcase technology in an engaging way • Capture content at events, supplier activations, product launches and company functions • Photograph and edit product imagery for use across digital marketing channels • Stay up to date with emerging content trends, creative techniques and AI technologies

Requirements

• Proficient in professional video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, CapCut or similar • Experience with motion graphics, animation or effects software such as Adobe After Effects or similar is highly desirable • Strong filming, editing and video production skills, with experience creating social media video content • Knowledge and experience using AI tools for image and video creation • Proven experience reviewing, verifying and proof-checking AI-generated content to ensure accuracy, brand suitability, copyright compliance and appropriate use of images, video, music and other media assets • Good understanding of social video trends, pacing, hooks and platform-specific formats • Strong communication skills, organisation, creativity and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders, projects and deadlines What We Offer • Staff purchasing benefits on a wide range of IT and tech products • Access to exclusive discounts and deals through partner brands and lifestyle providers • Access to PB Boost (our wellbeing program) including activities, health initiatives and wellness support • Collaborative and supportive team culture with a strong focus on inclusivity and growth • Southern Cross Health Insurance (Wellbeing One plan) after 1 year of full-time employment Ready to create content people actually stop scrolling for?
