Citycare Property is looking for a Resource Delivery Manager to lead our Auckland-based self-delivery workforce within The Project Office. This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring our carpenters, digger operators, hammer hands, and site supervisors are well resourced, supported, and positioned for success.

What You'll Be Doing | Ngā Kawenga Takohanga

As Resource Delivery Manager, you will:

Lead, develop and support a team of trade and field-based professionals.
Plan and coordinate labour resources to meet project programme, quality, safety and commercial requirements.
Partner with Project Managers, Engineers and Estimators to support project planning, resourcing and delivery.
Oversee workforce capability, training, competency management and succession planning.
Manage plant, vehicles, equipment and tools to ensure availability, compliance and operational effectiveness.
Monitor workforce utilisation, productivity and performance, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
Champion health, safety, wellbeing and quality across all self-delivered works.
Contribute to tendering, pricing, resource forecasting and operational planning activities.

What You'll Bring to the Table | Ngā Mea ka Mauria e Koe

Proven operational leadership experience in construction, civil, maintenance, facilities management or a similar environment.
Experience leading trade-based or field delivery teams.
Strong workforce planning and resource coordination capability.
Understanding of construction methodologies, site sequencing and productivity drivers.
Experience contributing to project cost estimates and delivery planning.
Sound knowledge of health, safety, quality and compliance requirements.
Strong communication and relationship management skills.
Relevant trade, construction, project delivery or operational management qualification, or equivalent practical experience.
Current full New Zealand driver's licence.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and operational management systems.
