Join a team helping deliver the projects that will shape how New Zealand's communities connect, move and grow. #LI-KH1
We're looking for an experienced Associate Architect to join our Auckland team and help deliver complex infrastructure projects that create lasting value for clients, communities and the environments they serve.
This role offers the opportunity to work alongside architects, engineers, landscape architects, urban designers and planners to deliver innovative, sustainable and people-focused outcomes. You'll lead project teams, build trusted client relationships, mentor emerging professionals and help shape the growth of our architecture practice.
- Is a New Zealand Registered Architect (or working towards registration).
- Has experience leading the delivery of complex projects.
- Enjoys working across multidisciplinary teams.
- Builds strong client and stakeholder relationships.
- Brings a balance of design thinking, technical expertise and project leadership.
- Is passionate about mentoring others and contributing to a positive team culture.
Why Jacobs?
You'll be part of a connected regional and global design community, working on impactful projects while collaborating with talented professionals across multiple disciplines. We value curiosity, innovation and technical excellence, and we're committed to helping our people grow and do their best work.
If you're looking for an opportunity to lead meaningful projects, influence great design outcomes and help shape the future of New Zealand's built environment, we'd love to hear from you.
We value collaboration and believe that in-person interactions are crucial for both our culture and client delivery. We empower employees with our hybrid working policy, allowing them to split their work week between Jacobs offices/projects and remote locations enabling them to deliver their best work.
Your application experience is important to us, and we’re keen to adapt to make every interaction even better. If you require further support or reasonable adjustments with regards to the recruitment process (for example, you require the application form in a different format), please contact the team via Careers Support.
