Assistant Cafe Manager jobs

We are looking for a skilled & motivated person to join the Babylon team & run some shifts. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to further their knowledge & skill-set in a busy environment. This role can also include the opportunity to grow & expand into senior management & back office roles.

This is a part time role, begining with 3 shifts, a mix of days and nights which will involve a weekend day off. There is some flexibility to work this role around any other commitments you may have.

Beach Babylon has been open for 17 years, & is open from 8am till late seven days a week. We have over 25 staff & encourage a sense of family, friendship, inclusiveness, & supportiveness. We are lgbtq+ friendly. Whilst the job can be busy we also believe in having fun, both with customers & each other, & we always encourage staff to be themselves.

The successful applicant needs to:
-Have a current managers cert or LCQ
-Be a people person
-Have a great smile, a positive work ethic, & multi-tasking skills
-Have a knowledge of hospitality
-Please only apply if you are currently in Wellington
-Can commit to the role for a minimum of 1 year
