These are permanent part-time positions approx. 24 hours per week.
We are seeking applications for two Medical Receptionists at Pacific Radiology Wanaka. In this role, you will provide a frontline reception service that contributes positively to the company's image by delivering a quality and timely service to patients, referrers, funders, and internal staff.
You will schedule and book imaging appointments as per booking protocols, communicating with patients all relevant information regarding their specific examination, including any preparation requirements. You will also accurately input information into the radiology information system (RIS), maintain accurate records of patient medical and personal details, and identify the correct funding pathway, adhering to funding protocols where applicable.

- Demonstrated delivery of excellent customer service through exemplary interpersonal skills
- Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to effectively manage and prioritise their own workload
- The ability to maintain absolute discretion and confidentiality in accordance with company procedures and privacy laws and regulations
- Proficient navigation and use of computer systems and software (experience with a radiology information system is an advantage)
