We sat down with our Senior Brand Communications Manager (who you’d report to), and she let us know the following about the role:

What are some of the day to day tasks the person in this role will complete?

  • S upport the brand comms team to develop and execute a wide range of brand initiatives that substantiate our ‘let’s find a way’ brand positioning – from above the line storytelling comm s , to campaigns that celebrate key cultural moments, to delivering consistent brand experiences across our customer touchpoints.
  • Alongside the Senior Brand Comms Manager, y ou’ll collaborate with design, creative , and media agency partners to drive maximum usage of our distinctive brand assets , and deliver best-practice , brand safe work to market that’s on time, and makes effective use of our budget .
  • Day to day will involve working alongside your brand teammates in providing brand support and approvals through our central inbox to ensure BNZ shows up as ‘One BNZ’ across all mediums – this includes guiding the usage of our brand identity, tone of voice, copywriting guidance, and meeting our risk obligations.
  • You ’ll be responsible for the ongoing coordination and maintenance of the BNZ Brand Toolkit, ensuring it’s up-to-date, accessible, and clearly communicated to all BNZ colleagues.

  • Must be a ble to demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of marketing fundamentals, and experience with successfully implementing comms to drive positive outcomes . Tell us about your marketing achievements!
  • You consider yourself a n English language and grammar guru , with a strong creative eye and excellent attention to detail – especially as you’ll be reviewing and feeding back on the work of others .
  • Have a collaborative working style and proven experience managing relationships with a variety of stakeholders – bonus if this is with creative and agency partners too.
  • Above all, you’re a motivated go-getter who brings a positive attitude and loves to get stuck-in to whatever comes your way!
