The Turf Bar is where locals catch up, travellers unwind, punters back their favourites, and everyone enjoys a cold drink and a good laugh. One minute you're pouring the perfect pint, the next you're helping a hotel guest order their dinner, serving a gaming customer, or settling a friendly debate over who should've won the race.

What you'll be doing

• Serving drinks and meals with a smile.
• Looking after our locals, hotel guests and visitors.
• Learning how to prepare beverages and provide great bar service.
• Keeping the bar clean, tidy and well stocked.
• Handling cash and operating the till.
• Working alongside our experienced team and learning new skills every shift.
• Pitching in wherever needed to help the team deliver great service.

What we're looking for

You don't need years of experience—we can teach you that.

We're looking for someone who:

• Has a positive attitude and enjoys working with people.
• Is confident, friendly and approachable.
• Learns quickly and isn't afraid to ask questions.
• Can stay calm when things get busy.
• Is reliable, honest and takes pride in doing a great job.
• Works well as part of a team.
• Is available to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.
• Holds a current LCQ or is willing to complete one.
