Join the team at Novotel Tainui Hamilton, a vibrant hotel located in the heart of Hamilton CBD overlooking the Waikato River, offering 217 rooms.


Job Description


  • You are responsible for developing and leading the guest experience within Restaurant, Bar & Conferencing

  • To demonstrate passion and a strong knowledge of Food & Beverage to the team

  • Empowering staff to animate the Food & Beverage experience

  • Build strong relationships and work collaboratively with a diverse team to achieve shared goals.



Qualifications


  • Excellent communication skills shown to staff, suppliers and guests

  • GM licence and LCQ preferred

  • Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in a Food & Beverage Supervisor Role

  • Eligibility to work in New Zealand

  • Ability to manage and exceed F & B financial performance targets

  • A strong customer focus

  • Must have a supportive/hands on management style

  • Knowledge of Micros software is preferred

  • Strong understanding of all Sale and supply of liquor guidelines.
