Your Graduate Journey
Over 12 months, you’ll complete three rotations across different teams and disciplines, gaining hands-on experience while building a broad understanding of health-tech.
From day one, you’ll be contributing to real projects, solving real problems, and working alongside experienced engineers and technical professionals.
Throughout the programme, you’ll gain exposure to:
- Software engineering and product development
- Systems integration and interoperability
- Technical implementation and solution delivery
- APIs, healthcare data, and cloud technologies
- Customer and stakeholder collaboration
- Technical problem-solving and troubleshooting
This unique exposure will accelerate your development, helping you build both deep technical capability and a broad understanding of how technology solutions are delivered to customers.
By the end of the programme, you’ll have developed a strong technical foundation, meaningful industry experience, and a broad understanding of Orion Health’s products, customers, and technology landscape. Graduates will then transition into a permanent role aligned to their strengths, interests, performance, and business needs, typically within either Software Engineering or Implementation.
What You’ll Bring

Your Background
You’re completing (or have recently completed) a degree in:
- Software Engineering
- Computer Science
- Computer Systems Engineering
- Information Technology
- Information Systems
- Or a related discipline
Technical Skills
You’ll have experience with Java through your studies, personal projects, internships, or other practical experience.
Exposure to any of the following would also be beneficial:
- JavaScript/TypeScript
- HTML/CSS
- React or Angular
- AWS or Azure
- SQL and databases
- APIs and integrations
- Linux, Bash scripting, or Git
Your Strengths
- A genuine interest in software and technology
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Curiosity and a desire to learn
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
