Great opportunity for somebody with a background in electrical, mechanical, electronics, avionics, biomedical or similar looking to work on cutting-edge technology.
This role offers a unique blend of hands-on training locally in New Zealand and internationally, empowering you with knowledge and skills. We have a range of products across our Medical Imaging systems including but not limited to X-Ray, CT, MRI, Ultrasound, and Nuclear medicine.
A day in the life:
- Predominantly based out of Auckland although there will be travel to customer sites across NZ which include public/private hospitals and clinics.
- Performing preventative maintenance, updates, upgrades, corrective service, and installations
- Working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and timely service delivery.
- Maintaining and expanding your knowledge through continuous training, including self-learning, computer-based courses, mentorship and hands-on experience
- Adhering to all Environmental, Health & Safety policies
About you:
- The successful candidate will be trade qualified or university degree
- Hold at a minimum restricted electrical licence or able to obtain
- Happy to work autonomously
- Hold an unrestricted driver’s licence
- Available to work overtime and weekends when required.
- Able to travel nationally and overseas.
- Be able to provide evidence of your permanent work rights in New Zealand.
