Clean First Limited a busy commercial cleaning company. We have 3 x commercial cleaner position available with an immediate start based in Auckland. Our company is looking for someone reliable and ready to progress with our company. The job involves working in evening and late nights. You have to be a team player with attention to detail. No experience or qualifications required. This role main responsibilities are: commercial cleaning, carpet cleaning, floor buffing and other duties as required.

The day-to-day duties involves;

• vacuuming carpets, curtains and upholstered furniture.
• cleaning, dusting and polishing furniture, fixtures and fittings.
• removing rubbish and recyclable material, and emptying containers, bins and trays stripping wax from floors, re-waxing and polishing floors.
• cleaning and disinfecting laundry and bathroom fixtures, replenishing supplies and reporting defective plumbing fixtures.
• operating industrial vacuum cleaners to clean floors, work areas and machines.
• applying acids and solvents to surfaces to remove stains and dirt.
• removing lint, dust, soot, oil, grease, sludge and other residues.
• may clean exteriors of buildings by sandblasting and applying solvents.

Preference will be given to candidates who are already in New Zealand and has relevant work experience.

All suitable candidates should be able to pass a drug test and a Ministry of Justice/Police check when required.
