Operating from our modern, purpose-built, semi-automated facility in Silverdale, we combine smart systems, skilled people, and strong processes to deliver consistent, reliable outcomes.

With demand growing and a second production line now live so we are expanding our day and night shift teams.

About the Role

This is a factory-based Joiner / Fabricator role, working within our timber frame and truss manufacturing operation in Silverdale. The position is not site-based and involves limited on-site installation work.

You will be responsible for fabricating and assembling timber components, including wall frames, roof trusses, beams, and related structural elements. Working as part of a production team, you will use hand tools, power tools, and semi-automated machinery to manufacture components to specification, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to quality and safety standards.

The role requires the ability to work independently and productively in a manufacturing environment. While training is provided on site-specific systems and processes, this position is not suitable for entry-level or supervised training roles. You must be able to safely operate equipment, interpret drawings, and produce work to production standards from commencement.

Your work will directly support production flow, product quality, and delivery timelines, contributing to the efficient manufacture of timber frames and trusses for residential and commercial construction projects.

  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, plans, and specifications
  • Strong understanding of timber grades, measurements, and fabrication methods
