About the Role

  • This position is 32 hours per week, working Friday to Monday.
  • Shifts are early morning starts (6.15am approx) to deliver top-notch breakfast and lunch service — and no late nights ever.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Running daily prep and service with confidence and efficiency
  • Keeping our cabinet stocked with delicious, eye-catching items
  • Delivering a la carte dishes quickly, consistently and to Columbus standards
  • Upholding our FCP, allergen management processes and overall site H&S
  • Ensuring equipment, cleanliness and compliance documentation are always on point
  • Supporting the Head Chef with production forecasting and team communication

What You’ll Bring

  • Solid experience in a high-volume kitchen
  • Strong skills in cabinet food, baking and cook-to-order service
  • A sharp eye for presentation and portion consistency
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Food Control Plans and Health & Safety
