As a Duty Manager at EVENT Cinemas Manukau, you'll assist in managing the day-to-day operation of our cinema to ensure we exceed our customers' expectations whilst maximising our profits.

About the Role:
  • Monitoring Spend Per Head & Admissions as well as ensuring targets are met
  • Creating a working environment where our team members can reach their full potential
  • Demonstrating professional behaviours & modelling our values to all team members
  • Helping to lead our team, including rewarding & recognising strong performance, coaching & development as well as performance management
  • Providing excellence in service to our customers
  • Ensuring operations and business runs smoothly in the absence of the Cinema Manager
