Full job description
SUGAR & SPICE IS HIRING
We’re looking for a friendly, energetic retail and café all-rounder to join our team at Sugar & Spice in The Historic Village.
This is a cashier/café-style role, but no coffee-making is required.
The role includes:
- Serving customers and operating the till
- Making real fruit ice creams, smoothies and sweet treats
- Packing online orders
- Restocking products and creating displays
- Keeping the shop clean, tidy and organised
- Helping with whatever needs doing during busy periods
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Friendly, bubbly and confident with customers
- Reliable, responsible and able to work independently
- Quick on their feet and happy to stay busy
- Tidy, practical and willing to do a bit of everything
- Available to work weekends and during school holidays
Retail or hospitality experience would be helpful, but a great attitude, initiative and reliability are most important.
