Full job description

Job Title: McDonalds Restaurant Manager

Location: Pukekohe McDonald's - Auckland Region

Role: Permanent Full Time

Hours of Work: Minimum 40hrs per week

This is an exciting role that will be varied and busy! The purpose of this role is to deliver outstanding QSC, sales, people practices and profit in the restaurant.

Your key responsibilities will include managing employees to ensure that the restaurant operations and procedures are adhered to. You will engage with your crew and managers to deliver great business outcomes by bringing the Maccas Experience to life everyday.

You will also ensure the compliance of safety and security standards to create a safe working environment for our employees and customers.

In addition to supervising employees you will be responsible coordinating the various functions and systems that are critical to the success of the restaurant.

To be successful in this role you will,

  • Be a strong leader who can provide clear direction, coaching and support to the team.
  • Be an excellent communicator who motivates and inspires their team to achieve the desired results while having fun!
  • Be a proficient Restaurant Manager who can effectively implement systems and manage department managers
  • Have a “can-do” attitude with the ability to create a positive and productive work environment.

Successful applicants must be able to work a range of different shifts Monday to Sunday.

THE QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum qualification required is McDonalds Restaurant Manager training of Restaurant Leadership Practices (RLP Course) or Leading Great Restaurants (LGR Course).

Pay: $75,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
