Front of House / Barista Team Members – Full-Time & Part-Time Opportunities

Columbus Coffee at Mitre 10 MEGA Mt Wellington is looking for enthusiastic Barista/ FOH to join our friendly café team. We are seeking reliable and customer-focused team members for both full-time and part-time positions. If you enjoy delivering great customer service, making quality coffee, and working in a fast-paced café environment, we'd love to hear from you. Our café can go from quiet to busy within minutes, so we're looking for people who can remain organised, adaptable, and positive while providing excellent service to every customer.

About the Role:

• Providing outstanding customer service and creating a welcoming café experience
• Preparing and serving coffee, beverages, and cabinet food
• Operating the point-of-sale system and handling customer transactions
• Maintaining cleanliness and presentation standards throughout the café
• Supporting the team during busy service periods
• Working across a flexible roster, including weekends where required

About You:

• Hospitality or café experience preferred
• Barista experience is an advantage but not essential
• Friendly, positive attitude with excellent communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• A team player who is willing to help wherever needed
• Passion for delivering a great customer experience
• Reliable, punctual and committed to high standards
