30+ hours per week | 4 days on a roster (includes weekends)

Rosebowl Bakery & Café is looking for a passionate baker to join our hardworking, close-knit team. We’re a family business built on quality, consistency, and pride in what we produce — and we’re on the hunt for our next bakery superstar.

About the role:
You’ll be part of our production team, making:

• Fresh bread daily
• Cakes and slices
• A range of baked goods to our Rosebowl standards

This role is 30+ hours per week, worked over 4 rostered days, including weekend work.
Shifts will be a mix of:

• Early morning starts (as early as 2am)
• Later starts (around 8am)

We’re not focused on fancy titles or perfect CVs. What we care about is:

• A great attitude and strong work ethic
• Genuine passion for baking
• Reliability and commitment (early mornings are a must)
• Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
• Pride in your work and attention to detail

Experience:
Baking experience is an advantage, but not essential. If you’ve got the right attitude and enthusiasm, we’re happy to teach the rest.

Trial period:
Shortlisted applicants will be invited to complete a 2-day trial to see if you have what it takes to be our next Rosebowl superstar — and to make sure the role is the right fit for you too.
