Full job description

Café Barista / Supervisor

We are looking for multiple experienced Café Baristas / Supervisors to join Anastasis Coffee Rosters.

Key responsibilities:

  • Prepare high quality coffee and café beverages
  • Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and related equipment
  • Provide friendly and efficient customer service
  • Supervise daily café operations and support the team
  • Maintain food safety, cleanliness and service standards
  • Monitor and assist with stock management and opening/closing duties
  • Work efficiently during busy service period while maintaining quality standards
  • Open and close the cafe according to roster requirements

About you:

  • Must have 18 months of relevant work experience, or
  • Having reliable transport and able to travel to any one of our 5 stores in Auckland
  • Be available to work flexible hours between 4.30am and 4pm
  • Be available to work on the weekends
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Able to work independently and lead a small team
  • Reliable, organised and positive
  • Motivated, proactive, professional with a solid work ethic.
  • Clean MOJ when required.
  • Pre-employed drug test maybe required
  • Be able to provide and apss two employment references

We offer:

  • $25 - $29 depending on your experience
  • Staff benefits including coffee and discounted food in store

Pay: $25.00 – $29.00 per hour
