Love great coffee and even better customer service? We're looking for an energetic and friendly Front of House / Barista to join our growing café team in the heart of Bucklands Beach.

This is a casual/part-time position with flexible hours, including weekdays and weekends. Previous café or barista experience is preferred, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are just as important. Similar NZ café ads commonly seek experience with coffee, customer service, POS, food service, and weekend availability.

What You'll Be Doing

• Preparing high-quality espresso coffee and beverages
• Greeting customers with a friendly smile
• Taking food and drink orders using the POS system
• Serving cabinet food and café meals
• Maintaining a clean, organised front-of-house area
• Opening and closing duties as required
• Working closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service

What We're Looking For

• Previous café, hospitality, or barista experience preferred
• Passion for coffee and customer service
• Friendly, reliable, and well-presented
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays
• NZ working rights

Working Hours

• Part-time position
• Early morning starts (approximately 6:00–7:00 AM).
• Weekend availability is required, with additional weekday shifts available as needed.
