We’re Atomic Coffee Roasters, a specialty roaster who have been at the forefront of the coffee industry since 1992. Using fair trade, specialty-grade coffee, we source, roast, and blend our beans to achieve a complex and challenging taste profile. We are dedicated to creating unique and high-quality coffee experiences for our customers.
Join Our Team:
We're currently looking for an experienced Barista to join us at our flagship Kingsland site! If you're passionate about delivering top-notch customer service, creating unforgettable experiences, and being part of a team that values quality, then one of these roles could be perfect for you!
What’s On Offer
- Be part of the flagship Atomic team and represent a well-established New Zealand specialty coffee brand.
- Be a brand ambassador and help create a welcoming, vibrant café experience for our Kingsland customers and local community.
- Work alongside a passionate specialty coffee team, gaining experience, sharing knowledge and enjoying great coffee along the way.
- Enjoy great coffee perks, including free coffee and discounted food.
- A friendly and supportive team environment where great coffee, good people and quality hospitality are at the heart of what we do.
About You:
We’re looking for a barista who is passionate about creating great coffee while building relationships with our customers. Confidence in making coffees and prior barista experience is essential. If you understand exceptional customer service and love coffee as much as we do, we’d love to hear from you!
Why join us:
You'll receive three extra days leave per year giving you time to rest, reset and refuel. You'll also enjoy the perks of coffee on tap and beans to take home, keeping you connected to the craft we're passionate about, along with opportunities to learn and develop alongside the talented teams across our café network.
This is a part-time, permanent role working 30+ hours per week, Monday to Sunday.
