Full job description
Assisting with Activities of Daily Life. Assisting residents with their transfers and mobility. Person should be familiar and experienced with Hoists and safe moving and handling techniques. Helping residents with their appointments outside facility (Hospital Appointments). Good communications- both (Written and Verbal). NZQA Level 4 or above. qualification required. Contribute to CarePlan Reviews. Maintaining Resident, and rooms and surroundings. Meeting Training Requirements. Some aged care experience required. This role requires flexibility of working on rotating roster including night shifts and weekends well. First-Aid certificate required. Should be a medication competent.
