Aged Care Worker – Geneva Healthcare NZ
Join Geneva Healthcare, a leading healthcare provider in New Zealand supporting elderly people in rest homes, hospitals, and community care settings.
What You’ll Do?
- Assist elderly clients with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Support meals, feeding & daily routines
- Help with mobility, transfers & safe movement
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Monitor wellbeing and report changes to nurses
- Assist with toileting and continence care
- Follow individual care plans
- Maintain a safe, clean environment
What We’re Looking For:
- Compassionate and patient attitude
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Physically able to assist with patient care
- Ability to follow instructions and care plans
- Police check and background clearance required
- Aged care experience or training is an advantage
