Do you love building great relationships and providing exceptional service for customers?
As our Catering & Online Assistant (or Supervisor), you’ll work alongside the Customer Service & Online Manager to ensure our online and catering orders are processed and delivered seamlessly time and time again.
You'll be collating orders, collecting payments, planning deliveries and working alongside the Deli and Bakery Departments to ensure production schedules are met.
Success in this role requires a strong ability to communicate well with customers, deliver efficiently, and working alongside a number of stakeholders to ensure we exceed our customers expectations every time.
This is a busy role, requiring someone that is self-motivated, autonomous and willing to go the extra mile for our customers.
Necessary skills:
- Full drivers license is a must!
- Computer literacy and confidence with systems.
- Strong ability to plan, organise and communicate with customers
- Comfortable prioritising, multitasking, and meeting deadlines in a busy environment.
- Autonomy to work alone and hold themselves accountable for timelines.
- Previous experience with online picking is desirable
