True Line Limited, a thriving restaurant group in Hamilton, is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, drive customer satisfaction, and lead our team to success.Our restaurant seeks passionate Bar Manager, Cook & Chefs for well-established restaurants in Auckland
We are passionate about serving high-quality, locally sourced cuisine and providing an exceptional dining experience to our customers.
All positions are full-time, permanent with a minimum 40 hrs/week.
Restaurant Manager
Key Responsibilities:

Manage front-of-house and back-of-house operations, including staff rostering, training, and performance.

Ensure exceptional food and service quality while meeting health, safety, and compliance standards.

Handle inventory, budgeting, and cost control to maximise profitability.

Build strong customer relationships and implement strategies to boost sales and repeat business and exceptional guest experiences.

Lead by example in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Lead a dynamic team of 10-15 staff, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Train and mentor staff, cultivating a motivated and high-performing team.
What We’re Looking For & What We Offer:

Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality management (Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager in a similar setting.) OR a relevant Diploma or higher education.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate diverse teams.

Permanent, Full-time role (minimum 40 hours/week) with remuneration between $30-$35 per hour for the right candidate.
- This full-time role will require you to deliver exceptional service and take our guests on a casual and fun journey through our cocktail list; engage with our locals during happy hour and powering through our fast-paced dinner service.
- Ensure compliance with New Zealand food safety and liquor licensing regulations
- You'll help foster relationships with our suppliers, showcase your creativity and bring a high level of professionalism to the floor while demonstrating passion and commitment.

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a high volume bar/restaurant
- Team player with a passion for good living and a willingness to learn
- Current Manager’s Certificate (or ability to obtain immediately)
- Food and wine and cocktail knowledge
- Hold a valid work visa and be available to work nights and weekends
- Well-spoken with immaculate grooming and personal presentation
- A hands-on, can-do attitude with a guest-first mindset
