Full job description

We are a small and friendly café looking for a reliable Cook to join our team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a café environment and is looking for a stable role with a supportive team.

About the role:

Food preparation and cooking during service

Preparing café menu items to a consistent standard

Plating and sending out orders

Preparing ingredients and restocking

Maintaining a clean, organised, and efficient kitchen

General kitchen duties to support daily operations

About you:

Previous kitchen or café cooking experience preferred

Able to work independently and as part of a small team

Good time management and attention to detail

Reliable, positive attitude, and willing to help with all kitchen tasks

Food safety awareness is preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary

Pay: $25.00 – $26.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
