Chef Italian Restaurant jobs

We are seeking a passionate Chefs to join our kitchen team. The successful applicant will be responsible for preparing high-quality menu items, supervising kitchen staff, maintaining food standards, and ensuring smooth daily operations and must have Indian cuisine work experience.

Key Responsibilities: but not limited to

• Prepare sauces, breads, meats, curries, and other menu items on a daily basis.
• Impart knowledge, skills, and training to all kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food preparation.
• Identify, implement, and maintain establishment policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with Food Safety and Health & Safety standards in all kitchen and food preparation areas as required.
• Order and manage inventory to ensure efficient kitchen operations at all times.
• Ensure all dishes meet customer expectations in quality, taste, and presentation.
• Maintain food and labour costs in accordance with the establishment’s requirements.
• Manage and supervise all kitchen operations, including staff and performance and, workflow.
• Assist in menu planning, costing, and budgeting for functions and special occasions.
• Ensure health and safety procedures followed at all times

Key requirements: but not limited to :

• Minimum three years of relevant experience OR relevant qualification.
• Proven ability to work calmly and efficiently under pressure, independently or in a team.
• Strong interpersonal, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Must be professional, reliable, hardworking, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
