Your Mission as CMO

1. Build a High-Performance Marketing Department

Lead, coach, and develop 10+ team members across:

  • Performance marketing
  • Direct response
  • Content & YouTube
  • Event marketing
  • Partnerships
  • Automation & funnel ops

You will:

  • Raise the standard of thinking and execution
  • Clarify roles and remove overlap
  • Build leaders underneath you
  • Create a performance culture
  • Hold people accountable to outcomes

Your success is measured by the quality of leaders you build.

2. Own Revenue Outcomes (Through People)

You are accountable for:

  • Lead volume
  • Cost efficiency
  • ROAS and CAC discipline
  • Revenue contribution
  • Event fill rates
  • Strategic alignment with Sales

You must bring direct response marketing mastery and deep understanding of:

  • Offer positioning
  • Funnel optimisation
  • Conversion psychology
  • Performance creative
  • Scaling paid traffic (Meta, YouTube primarily)

You can zoom into the numbers when required — but you build systems so you don’t live there.

3. Bridge Online + Offline Growth

We do not operate in a single-channel business.

You will integrate:

  • Meta performance marketing
  • YouTube growth and authority positioning
  • In-person events & summits
  • Strategic partnerships
  • Affiliate channels
  • International expansion campaigns

You understand how to fill rooms — not just pipelines.

You know how to turn events into content.

Content into authority.

Authority into leads.

Leads into revenue.

4. Set Standards & Systems

  • Establish execution rhythm
  • Implement reporting cadence
  • Create SOPs and scorecards
  • Remove low-impact activity
  • Act as final quality control on messaging
  • Ensure clarity across international teams
