Your Mission as CMO
1. Build a High-Performance Marketing Department
Lead, coach, and develop 10+ team members across:
- Performance marketing
- Direct response
- Content & YouTube
- Event marketing
- Partnerships
- Automation & funnel ops
You will:
- Raise the standard of thinking and execution
- Clarify roles and remove overlap
- Build leaders underneath you
- Create a performance culture
- Hold people accountable to outcomes
Your success is measured by the quality of leaders you build.
2. Own Revenue Outcomes (Through People)
You are accountable for:
- Lead volume
- Cost efficiency
- ROAS and CAC discipline
- Revenue contribution
- Event fill rates
- Strategic alignment with Sales
You must bring direct response marketing mastery and deep understanding of:
- Offer positioning
- Funnel optimisation
- Conversion psychology
- Performance creative
- Scaling paid traffic (Meta, YouTube primarily)
You can zoom into the numbers when required — but you build systems so you don’t live there.
3. Bridge Online + Offline Growth
We do not operate in a single-channel business.
You will integrate:
- Meta performance marketing
- YouTube growth and authority positioning
- In-person events & summits
- Strategic partnerships
- Affiliate channels
- International expansion campaigns
You understand how to fill rooms — not just pipelines.
You know how to turn events into content.
Content into authority.
Authority into leads.
Leads into revenue.
4. Set Standards & Systems
- Establish execution rhythm
- Implement reporting cadence
- Create SOPs and scorecards
- Remove low-impact activity
- Act as final quality control on messaging
- Ensure clarity across international teams
