About the Role

We're looking for a commercially minded and proactive Key Account Executive to join our team, look after key customers across pharmacy, duty-free, and export channels, support sales growth, and identify new business opportunities. In this role, you'll manage a portfolio of accounts, coordinate commercial activities and keep track of sales performance. Working closely with well-known brand partners and our internal teams, you'll help turn business plans into real, sustainable results.

Key Responsibilities

1. Key Account Management & Sales Growth

  • Manage day-to-day relationships with assigned key accounts, getting to know their business needs and spotting opportunities to grow sales.
  • Develop and implement customer sales plans to achieve sales targets and build strong, long-term partnerships.
  • Manage commercial discussions on pricing, trading terms and customer requirements, in line with company policies and approved arrangements.

2. Marketing & Promotional Coordination

  • Identify marketing and promotional opportunities that support sales and customer objectives.
  • Work closely with our marketing team to deliver customer campaigns, promotions and marketing assets.
  • Liaise with customers and brand partners to make sure marketing activities are aligned and well executed.

3. Sales Forecasting & Performance Management

  • Prepare and maintain customer sales forecasts, track performance against targets and highlight any risks or opportunities.
  • Analyse sales trends, promotional results and customer performance to support business decisions.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and business updates for management and brand partners.
  • Follow up on performance gaps and coordinate actions to improve results.

4. Cross-functional Coordination & Business Execution

  • Work closely with Sales Operations, Marketing, Supply Chain and other teams to deliver customer requirements and business plans.
  • Coordinate new product launches, promotions and other customer initiatives so they're delivered on time.
  • Help resolve operational or commercial issues that affect customer satisfaction and sales performance.
  • Contribute to business development and continuous improvement initiatives.

Skills & Experience

  • Relevant experience in key account management, sales or commercial roles.
  • FMCG or brand distribution experience is preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage customer relationships and commercial activities independently.
  • Understanding of pricing, promotional planning, sales targets and commercial negotiations.
  • Experience with sales forecasting, reporting and performance analysis.
  • Strong Excel and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills in English and Chinese.
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • A proactive, accountable and results-oriented approach.

Experience in pharmacy, duty-free or export markets would be a bonus.

What We Offer

  • Staff discounts across our brand portfolio.
  • The opportunity to work with well-known Australian and New Zealand brands.
  • A supportive, collaborative team environment.
