Mō te Tūranga | About the Role
As a bartender, you will be responsible for crafting exceptional beverage experiences that complement the restaurant’s fine-dining atmosphere. You will prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails, wines, and spirits with precision and artistry, ensuring each drink meets Huami’s high standards. Bartenders engage with guests warmly, offering expert recommendations and pairing suggestions to enhance their dining experience. You will maintain a clean, organized bar area, manage inventory, and uphold strict hygiene and safety protocols. Beyond mixing drinks, Huami bartenders embody hospitality by creating a welcoming environment and delivering service that reflects the restaurant’s premium brand.

Mōu | About You

To be successful in this role, you will have strong cocktail/spirits knowledge. You will also have excellent communication skills and be able to deliver international standards of service that our customers will come to expect. This role will be a mixture of daytime and evening shifts so flexibility is key.
