We are working with a highly regarded commercial construction business seeking potentially both a Project Manager and Site Manager to join their Tauranga/Bay of Plenty team.

Initially, the focus will be on retirement village projects, with future opportunities across education, commercial and healthcare developments.

About the Role
Depending on your background, you will be either:
Project Manager

• Lead projects from pre-construction through to handover
• Manage client, consultant and stakeholder relationships
• Oversee programme, budget and project delivery outcomes
• Coordinate internal teams and subcontractors
• Drive quality, safety and commercial performance

Site Manager

• Lead day-to-day site operations
• Coordinate subcontractors and site activities
• Ensure projects are delivered safely on programme and to a high standard
• Manage site logistics, quality and construction sequencing
• Foster a positive and productive site culture

• Proven construction delivery experience within a main contractor environment
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• A collaborative, solutions-focused approach
• Experience delivering commercial, retirement, education or healthcare projects
• The ability to build strong relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors
• A genuine desire to contribute to a growing and successful business
